01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the KingPG platform (accessible at kingpg.app and through the KingPG mobile application), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with KingPG's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KingPG. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

KingPG reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the KingPG platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. KingPG strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of KingPG complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by KingPG or any relevant gaming authority, including registers maintained in connection with PAGCOR-regulated platforms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of KingPG, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless KingPG has provided prior written consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous KingPG account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

KingPG reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) KingPG account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. KingPG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying KingPG immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

KingPG will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from KingPG that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

KingPG supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at KingPG's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your KingPG wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• KingPG does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• KingPG reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

05 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the KingPG platform — including Tongits Go, Fortune Snake, Shaolin Soccer, Blocky Block, Pirate Fishing, Snooker, and Dreams of Macao — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

All game outcomes on the KingPG platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory to ensure fairness and unpredictability. KingPG does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. KingPG does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, KingPG reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• KingPG is not responsible for any loss of winnings resulting from a player's internet connection failure or device malfunction during a game session.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• KingPG reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

KingPG may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• KingPG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• KingPG reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional credit awarded in error.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Philippine-based players only and are subject to eligibility verification.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KingPG platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in multiplayer games such as Tongits Go.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any KingPG software, game engine, or RNG system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KingPG staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to KingPG support immediately.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

08 Responsible Gaming

KingPG is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. KingPG provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the KingPG platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the KingPG platform — including but not limited to the KingPG name, logo, game graphics, game mechanics, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of KingPG or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the KingPG platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any KingPG content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on KingPG content.
• Use KingPG's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the KingPG platform.

Any unauthorized use of KingPG's intellectual property may result in legal action. KingPG actively monitors for infringement and will pursue all available legal remedies.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

KingPG collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the KingPG platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KingPG implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and KingPG cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, KingPG, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the KingPG platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the KingPG platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from changes to game rules, RTP rates, or the removal of games from the platform.

KingPG's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your KingPG account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Account Closure

KingPG reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if KingPG reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Violated applicable Philippine laws or regulations in connection with your use of the platform.

You may close your KingPG account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to KYC verification.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, KingPG reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to offset any amounts owed to KingPG against your account balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

KingPG operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through KingPG's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact KingPG's support team and allow KingPG a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute informally. KingPG's internal dispute resolution process is free of charge and is designed to resolve most player complaints quickly and fairly.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

KingPG reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, KingPG will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the KingPG platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
