05 Legal Basis for Processing

06 Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Service providers and processors: KingPG engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), KYC verification providers, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platforms. These providers process your data only on KingPG's instructions and under binding data processing agreements that require them to maintain appropriate security standards.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: KingPG is required by law to disclose certain data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies upon lawful request or as required by applicable regulations.

11 Children's Privacy

The KingPG platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. KingPG does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

KingPG employs age verification procedures at registration and may conduct additional age checks at any point during your use of the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the payment source used for deposit (subject to verification), and all personal data associated with the account will be deleted.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

KingPG reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, KingPG will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
